There are other retail news blogs out there, and we don't seek to replicate their success. Our purpose here at the Depot is to remain focused on the specific field of retail MARKETING.

For us, that might mean looking at branding, merchandising, retail profitability and a whole range of allied disciplines, but The Depot's point of difference is to always be coming from an Aussie retail MARKETING angle.
And we're intent on keeping the focus on practical and actionable advice that retailers can easily start implementing to improve their marketing returns.
I've worked with some of the biggest retail brands in the country, and local area marketing is my number one passion. This blog will necessarily start out reflecting that passion, but I'd love to hear of any topics readers would be interested in the blog addressing.
